What is PR?

A player ranking (PR) is a public list that ranks amateur and professional competitive smash competitors in a particular region in order of perceived skill level.

The judgement and distribution of each area's power rankings is usually determined by panels of active players and tournament coordinators in the region's community.

Many factors go into determining how players are ranked: overall finishes in competitions, head-to-head records with other players from the region etc.
